I’ve been in the IT industry since 2002. I’m highly qualified (B Sc majoring in Computer Science & Psych, Diploma of Modern languages, Microsoft Certified Professional, Commvault Certified Administrator), but I understand all these qualifications are of little value, unless I’m putting my heart and soul into what I do.
I’m a heart and soul kind of bloke.
Some of my greatest achievements have come in moments when I’ve been battling the elements whilst indulging my passions of sailing and surfing. I’ve been fortunate enough to enjoy success winning 2 state championships including a 3rd in the nationals in 2009. Though I’ve taken home silverware, my greatest trophies are the lessons I’ve learned on the water, that I bring into my working life.
I thrive on the challenge of overcoming obstacles for clients, in strategically engineering the best IT solution that works for them, as much as I do in harnessing the power of the wind, adjusting and manoeuvering, when I’m racing in a skiff.
